Over the past five years, the United States has seen a dramatic surge in online investment fraud.
Thousands of Americans have fallen victim to fake investment platforms and pseudobrokers who convinced clients to transfer funds for trading operations, only to disappear and leave investors without access to their capital or any promised returns.
A second wave of fraud emerged from organizations posing as legal firms specializing in investment recovery. These scammers, under the guise of locating stolen assets or conducting investigations, demanded additional payments from victims, causing repeated financial damage.
The number of victims of online fraud over the past five years has exceeded 50,000 people across all states, with total financial losses reaching staggering, incalculable figures.

Individuals who have suffered losses due to online investment fraud within the last 5 years are eligible to file a claim with the SEC for compensation under this program.
The application process, case management, and compensation disbursement are handled exclusively through the authorized compensation fund, Jain Global LLC, officially registered in the Register of Authorized Compensation Funds.
The government and the SEC cannot disburse compensation funds directly to individuals. Therefore, Jain Global LLC was selected and empowered to accept and process compensation claims, facilitate communication with the SEC, and receive and disburse compensation payments to approved claimants.
